At Sua Roots, we carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive the product in proper condition.

No Returns

Sua Roots does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept products back after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide your order details and clear photographs or video of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

If the issue is verified as an error on our part, Sua Roots may provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, failure to use the product as intended, or dissatisfaction with the product after delivery.

If an order is confirmed to have been incorrectly fulfilled or arrives damaged due to an issue during handling or delivery, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
